TERA is a fantasy MMORPG developed by Bluehole. During our adventures we play as members of the Valkyon Federation, an alliance of races inhabiting the game’s world. Our task is to protect it from various internal and external threats. The players have eight classes and six races to choose from. Among them we will find not only humans and elves, but also completely new races, created specially for the game. TERA is a third-person game set in a big, open world. Its economic and political structures are shaped by the players themselves. What makes TERA shine among other MMORPGs is the game's combat system. Effects of our attacks are based on our relative position against the enemy, which makes TERA more like an arcade game in terms of combat. That is why it is advisable to use a gamepad when playing.

Battlefield: Bad Company is set in 2014 and the game's plot is centered around a fictional conflict between the United States and the Russian Federation. In the story campaign, the player assumes the role of Private Preston Marlowe, who gets assigned to "B" Company of the 222nd U.S Army battalion. The squad, consisting of soldiers notorious for behavior considered inadequate for military service, gets assigned with missions nobody else is willing to take. Apart from the singleplayer mode, the game offers fully functional multiplayer component. The latter allows for online battles involving up to 24 players.

Contrary to its predecessors developed by Capcom, Lost Planet 3 was created by Spark Unlimited (Call of Duty: Finest Hour, Turning Point: Fall of Liberty, and others). The story presents the events preceding those of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition. The protagonist is a civil pilot who takes part in the colonization of Eden III. It quickly turns out that the icy planet is inhabited by Akrides, a race of deadly monsters with thermal energy running through their veins. The developers decided to somewhat slow down the gameplay and introduce such elements as a cover system and the ability to control powerful robots. The game is powered by the efficient Unreal Engine 3.

The Banner Saga 3 is the third game of the turn-based strategy games series with RPG elements, developed by Stoic and inspired by Viking culture and beliefs. The plot continues the story from the previous games of the series. Once again, we lead a caravan of brave warriors who, in the face of the impending end of the world, have to defeat evil once and for all. When it comes to gameplay mechanics, not much has changed. The game is still a turn-based strategy with RPG elements. We will meet many NPCs, some of them will join us, and some will give us various quests to do. In combat, we lead a group of heroes who have different abilities and equipment. We can set up a camp to level up our warriors and equip them with better items between the battles. The Banner Saga 3 has a bit more darker, hand drawn 2D visuals that bring to mind Disney animated movies.

Despite employing 3D graphics, the game mechanics takes after the classic installments in the series, focusing on exploration, dialogues, and puzzle solving. The game also features platform sequences, in which the hero has to jump over chasms and avoid various traps.

To do this, you mostly use a special device that allows you to manipulate energy and transfer if from object to object. You also have to operate various mechanisms and intelligent machines, as well as complete occasional platform challenges.

A science-fiction survival horror game developed by the independent studio Lunar Software. The story focuses on discovering the causes behind the staff disappearance at the Lunar Research Station. In the game, the player travels through dark and claustrophobic chambers of the facility, gradually uncovering its secrets. The main item the player uses throughout the game is a special fixing tool which resembles a pistol. The player can modify this tool using disks which can be found around the station, thus the device can be used also as a weapon. The creators placed special emphasis on a convincing atmosphere the experience comes with, and the survival aspect of it. The latter means that the interface is minimal and each death of the protagonist is permanent. Many parts of the virtual station are randomly generated, such as different threats or the locations of NPCs. As a result, each playthrough can be completely different.

Hell Let Loose takes place during the World War II and the player can participate in the Battle of Stalingrad, operation Overlord, Guadalcanal Campaign and other theaters. The player can fight alongside the Allies or the Axis. The game focuses on presenting the war in a realistic way. The battles are played on vast maps based on archives. The gameplay focuses on battles fought between two teams consisting of 50 people. The teams are divided into smaller platoons and the soldiers are tasked with taking over and holding specific sectors while also maintaining supply lines. Commanders are controlling the situation on the battlefield and the key to success lies in cooperation of team members and in coordination of actions. The soldiers can use more than a dozen of varied weapons. They can also use vehicles and call in air strikes.

A DLC for Dragon Age II, the second installment of the popular fantasy RPG series by the experienced studio BioWare. Dragon Age II: Legacy is a new adventure that can be started at any moment during the main campaign. It starts with an attack of a dwarven Cartel that hunts the Hawke family for an unknown reason. The investigation takes the protagonist and his companions to a Grey Warden prison in the mountains, where they discover the truth about the the protagonist's father and the identity of his persecutors, and also face the most powerful of all Darkspawn. Apart from the aforementioned prison, the expansion introduces several other areas, including vast wastelands. We will encounter a few new beasts on our travels, such as brontos or genlock alphas that hide behind giant shields. Beside the main storyline, Dragon Age II: Legacy offers side quests as well as previously unknown armor sets and special weapons that can be customized.

A steampunk action-adventure game with logic features. The title was developed by the independent studio Micropsia Games from Chile. The Watchmaker takes place inside a giant clock tower, and during the game the player assumes the role of a guard named Alexander. One day, a sabotage takes place in the tower, disrupting the flow of time and causing the protagonist to grow old extremely fast. In order to avoid death before his time, he must travel through subsequent sections of the tower to find and defeat the person responsible for the sabotage. He must also restore the proper flow of time. The game combines features of an adventure game, a 3D platform game and a logic game. The main focus was placed on solving various environmental riddles, but the game also contains typical action sequences and boss fights, during which the protagonist uses a variety of useful gadgets. The fact that the protagonist is getting older was used as a creative replacement for the classic health bar.

When it starts to crumble, torn apart by internal conflicts, its responsibilities are taken over by completely new characters whose roles are assumed by the players. The game focuses on multiplayer team duels which reward performing certain tasks instead of eliminating other characters. A wide array of heroes with different abilities is involved in the combat and, depending on the situation, we can switch our hero several times during one fight. The game does not offer any development of characters' skills and equipment, instead the key to victory are the skills of the players and good teamwork.

A tactical shooter released as a sequel to one of the most popular Battlefield 2 modifications - Project Reality. The game was developed as a commercial version of that mod; however, only part of the original team worked on it. Nevertheless, Squad stayed true to the original concept, focusing mainly on online gameplay, and was designed to be something between an action-packed first-person shooter and a hardcore military simulation. Gameplay is focused on battles of two rivaling teams of players, representing different hostile factions (e.g. the USA and terrorists), with proper teamwork being the key to success. Players can use accurately recreated weapons and vehicles, but also modify battlefields by building all sorts of defensive structures. The game’s landmark feature is its high degree of realism and lack of many modern simplifications.

Project was realized by Replay Games studio in cooperation with the original creator Al Low. The main character of the game is a 40-year-old, balding low-life, who has had enough of loneliness and decides to look for hot feelings in the city of Lost Wages. The player's task is to help Larry in solving puzzles, searching for objects and completing subsequent tasks.
